Step 1: SWAN Analysis: What are your (1) Strengths, (2) Weaknesses, (3) Ambitions, and (4) Needs relative to your goal? SWAN - Strengths, Weaknesses, Ambitions, and Needs Step 2: What specific actions do you commit to over the next 7 days to progress towards your goal? What actions and mindset shifts do you commit to so you make progress toward your goals? When relevant, be sure to quantity them. Step 3: From your SWAN analysis and relative to your goal, identify obstacles (to Step 2 actions) you expect to encounter, what you will do to overcome or manage them, and any tools or resoruces you will use to help you manage your time. Step 4: Schedule the activities listed in Step 2 above and identify what time management tools or strategies you will use to support you. Step 5: Review Progress after 3 days and revise your plan as needed to achieve your goal. Describe your experience so far and note any revisions.
