“I’ve Never Been As Comfortable In A Meditation Class
as I’ve been with Gyanpriya”
IRWIN RUBIN, PARTNER CPA FIRM
Gyanpriya seamlessly integrates gentle Yoga postures, breathing techniques, Meditation & mindfulness practices to uplift physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The aim is to provide an experience fostering tranquility, mental clarity, and holistic well-being. She guides clients in finding a balance between effort and ease, while also nurturing the understanding that simplicity in practice often yields profound results.
In her personal life, Gyanpriya turns to Yoga and Meditation to ease life’s challenges, better handle stress, bring clarity to decisions, and promote overall health and vitality. These practices calm her nerves, quiet her mind, and instill a sense of peace.
In addition to mindful breathing, she values the simple pleasures that surround her – the song of a bird, the scent of the ocean, the shape of a flower, a poem.

XO,
Gyanpriya, E-RYT 500, is an accredited Yoga instructor who began to create and lead therapeutic Yoga programs and classes in 2006. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of yoga students ages 7-80, and those with chronic pain, various chronic health conditions, or anxiety. She teaches Yoga practices systematically, progressively, and with a focus on accessibility and safe practice.
Although she began meditation practice early in life, she was only brought to practice the postures of Yoga in 2001 in response to a severe thyroid imbalance. Instead of radioactive iodine treatment, she worked with an Ayurvedic medical doctor and started living a Yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle. Together, those three tools returned her Endocrine system to balance. Born from this personal experience and others, she is a fervent proponent of lifestyle interventions to help treat chronic disease.
As a therapeutic Yoga instructor, she has worked in diverse settings including: training students in a yoga teacher training program accredited by the Australian government; teaching classes and workshops in yoga studios and wellness centers; and facilitating Meditation workshops for organizations, nonprofits, and corporations. She is the founder of Breathe Meditation Studio, which was located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Gyanpriya’s primary area of focus is stress and anxiety reduction and relaxation training. She is particularly drawn to teaching both (1) therapeutic breathing techniques that build strength in the respiratory muscles and correct breathing habits detrimental to health, as well as for bio-hacking the nervous system and (2) progressive meditation practices that promote effective nervous system regulation and help to change detrimental thinking patterns. Through these practices, students learn to manage their minds and emotions and build physical and mental strength, resiliency, and flexibility.
She encourages students to balance effort with ease, and teaches with the understanding that real change often happens gradually – through practice that is consistent, thoughtful, and personal. She supports that process with clarity and depth, drawing from traditional teachings while staying attuned to the realities of modern life.
In addition to being an accredited Yoga instructor, Gyanpriya is a Certified HeartMath® coach and has her Level 2 Reiki certification.
