I embarked on my journey into Yoga and Meditation more than two decades ago, prompted by a transformative healing experience with Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation. These practices not only resolved a severe thyroid condition but also deeply influenced my approach to personal well-being.

That experience, which marked the beginning of a new spiritual journey, led to my initiation into an ancient lineage of Yoga and Meditation masters. Through this lineage, I came to understand that Meditation, including mindfulness, stands as the pinnacle of Yoga practice—and that the principles of Yoga offer a stable foundation for health and well-being.

I have been sharing the gifts of Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation for nearly 20 years. My journey has taken me from the disciplined quiet of monastic life in India to the rugged mountains of Australia, and eventually to a traditional Yoga Meditation academy in the Midwest USA. These experiences allowed me to imbibe what I was taught and integrate ancient teachings into daily life with greater clarity, steadiness, and purpose.

Before dedicating myself to Yoga full-time, I earned degrees in Finance and Law. In addition to working in both fields, I founded an award-winning furniture design firm.

I teach with the understanding that real change often happens gradually – through practice that is consistent, thoughtful, and personal. My role is to support that process with clarity and depth, drawing from traditional teachings while staying attuned to the realities of modern life.
