About Me

I am Gyanpriya, a dedicated practitioner and teacher of therapeutic yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. My journey into these ancient healing practices began after a severe thyroid disorder challenged my ability to walk unsupported and live a full life. In search of healing, I turned to the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation. These practices didn't just help me regain my physical abilities; they opened up a path to profound personal transformation. Conventional medicine had given me little hope, but through these ancient techniques, I was able to heal a condition deemed irreversible.

Since 2006, I have been sharing the power of these practices with others. My approach is deeply rooted in the principles of balance, mindfulness, and the gentle unfolding of personal strength. I believe in the transformative potential of aligning the body, mind, and spirit, and I strive to create a space where my students can explore this balance through gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. Whether you are looking to alleviate stress, find peace, or embark on a healing journey, I am here to guide you.

I offer a range of services, including guided breathing and meditation sessions, energy medicine, and Yoga Nidra. In my 1:1 sessions, I focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where you can express your worries, fears, dreams, and feelings without judgment. These sessions are not about offering advice but rather about helping you release energy and engage in self-coaching. I also integrate intuitive insights when appropriate, providing a holistic approach to your personal growth.

For those who feel stuck or are looking to transform self-sabotaging habits, I offer Subconscious Transformation sessions. These sessions are designed to help you break free from old patterns and supercharge your ability to manifest the life you desire. Additionally, I guide clients on a mentored journey home to Self, incorporating classical Yogic philosophy, Tantra, and other spiritual practices to deepen your connection with your true nature.
