MEDITATION PRACTICE

Breathe. Relax. Meditate. Five days per week you can immerse yourself in the calm stillness of regular guided meditation practice as you systematically and progressively learn and practice key Pranayama and Meditation techniques from the Yogic and Tantric traditions. These live, online guided practice sessions are a great starting point for stress and anxiety relief.

Sessions offer the opportunity to create stillness, connect to calm, and attune to your inherent inner peace. You will experience a variety of Meditation styles and Pranayama (breathing) practices, including mindfulness. Practice sessions are 30 minutes long.

Who is this for ?

These practice sessions are great for those brand new to meditation and those who are experienced.

They are designed for anyone who wants to:
  • learn more about Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork)
  • improve clarity and focus
  • calm the effects of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm on your nervous system
  • maintain greater emotional and mental balance and harmony in life
  • experience different kinds of meditation and breathing practices and discover which suits you best
  • develop the consistent practice necessary to reap the lasting benefits of meditation

 

What to expect?

To support and encourage consistency, practice sessions are offered on a membership basis at a monthly fee. 20 practice sessions are offered each month (5 per week). There may be schedule changes due to holidays.

You can participate in all 20 classes. Sessions are held online and offered live rather than pre-recorded.

Cancel your membership at any time by emailing your request 7 days before your next billing cycle to ensure it is processed in time.

You can also request times and days for practice sessions. If there is sufficient interest the schedule will be modified.

This is a program for well-being that will guide you to lay the foundation for harmony and balance in key areas of your life by attuning to the rhythms of nature and the cycles of your life. Join this group journey if you have an interest in spirituality and a desire for higher-vibration living.

You will be supported to develop a spiritual practice to align your head, heart, and hands, expand your consciousness, and elevate your emotional frequency.

Tools, practices, and strategies derive from Yogic and Eastern wisdom, Egyptian temple science, modern science, energy healing, Astrology, and more.

Sessions are interactive and include segments for gentle movement, meditation, and breathing practice, practices or tools related to the concepts, and group discussions.

Who is this for ?

This group journey is for you if you are interested in spirituality and living life in greater harmony. If you are ready to make tiny incremental changes (or big ones!)  in your life – and yourself, to live more authentically and with greater ease and flow, this program is for you.

What to expect ?

We will gather three times per month; ideally,  one of our gatherings will be in-person (location TBD). Sessions are interactive. We will attune to Meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga Tantra as practices for health and well-being as well as for spiritual evolution. Aspects of Astrology, Human Design, energy healing, lunar cycles, stress management, emotional landscaping, and more may be incorporated.

Sessions will include movement, Meditation, Pranayama, energy-balancing techniques, stress management strategies and more depending on the session.   I will guide you to develop a Personal Practice and routines based on what’s most aligned with your highest and best interest and your soul’s calling.

Who is this package for?

This program is for you if you prefer a custom-designed program and private instruction and guidance.

What to expect?

You will be guided through your program in live online sessions or in-person sessions. The schedule, program length, and program content will be decided in the initial stage during our discovery session and included in your  program agreement.
