a) Program Goal
The goal of the Program is to build resiliency, improve emotional well-being, and lay the foundation for a more consistent practice through training and coaching.
b) Coach Duties and Responsibilities
The Coach shall perform the following services, recognizing the partnership nature of the Coach-Client relationship:
- The Coach will collaborate with the Clients to create actionable strategies to realize the Client’s goals.
- Throughout the Program, the Coach will extend consistent support, guidance, and constructive feedback to the Clients, ensuring a productive experience.
- The Coach may aid the Clients in staying accountable for their commitments by ensuring the completion of agreed-upon tasks and fostering the necessary actions to progress towards their goals.
c) Duration of the Program
The Program will run for 6 weeks starting from the date of the first session.
d) Frequency and Duration of Sessions
The Program consists of 6 one-to-one sessions, 3 joint sessions, 2 subconcious clearing sessions, a custom-designed personal practice for each client, and support to implement the program in between sessions. Each session will last 60 minutes.
e) Format for Sessions
Sessions will be conducted in-person and all necessary materials or tools required for the Program will be provided or recommended by the Coach.
f) Cost
In exchange for Training and Coaching services, the Client agrees to pay the Coach $3,300 (hereinafter referred to as the “Coaching Fee”) payable in two installments with the second installment set up as an automatic payment charged to the credit card on file. The second payment is due the day after the 3rd private session.
